Don Garner Don and Theresa Garner have worshipped at the Forrest Park congregation since 1980. Having served as a deacon for eighteen years, Don was appointed an elder in 2000. He has served on the educational committee for over 29 years and enjoys his personal Bible study time and teaching Bible classes at Forrest Park. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1974 and has maintained a solo General Dentistry practice in Valdosta since 1975. Don enjoys family, friends, travel, and fishing.

Doug Jones Doug and Margaret Jones have worshipped at Forrest Park since 1987. Doug was appointed an elder in November, 2009. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy in 1966 with a BS Pharmacy degree, and is now semi-retired and works part time. He has been involved in Latin American Missions since 1988, serving as a pharmacist on medical missions teams. Doug enjoys bass fishing and watching football. |

Ray Joyner Ray and Angelia Joyner have worshiped at Forrest Park since1970. He attended the Atlanta School of Preaching, and served as a deacon from 1976 till 1983 when he then was appointed an elder at Forrest Park. Ray made his first mission trip to Central America in 1976 and since has been very active in the Lord's work in Latin America. In 1985, Ray came on staff at Forrest Park as the Minister of Involvement. He now serves as an elder on staff, and works with the daily operations of both the local and mission efforts of Forrest Park.

Robert McLeod Robert's roots at Forrest Park started when his family placed membership at the River Street Congregation in 1958. Robert was baptized in 1963 by Bro. Bob Bryson, minister at River Street at the time. The family moved in 1964 with the expansion of the church to the corner of Forrest Street and Park Avenue known as the Forrest Park Church of Christ. Over the years, he traveled on several evangelistic campaigns to Trinidad plus Central and South America. In April of 1983 Robert was appointed as a Deacon where he served on many different committees including the Local Stateside and Foreign Evangelism, Education, Finance, Building and Grounds and Congregational Development. In June of 1994, he was appointed to serve as an Elder of the Forrest Park Church. Robert married Beth Burnett in March of 1973. Their family now includes; Blake, Anne, Lacy Ann and Mary Blake McLeod plus Will and Christina Moore. |

Donnie Swilley Donnie and Donna Swilley have worshipped at Forrest Park since March, 2003. In July of 2005, he was installed as a deacon, serving with our youth committee. Donnie was appointed an elder in November, 2009. Donnie is employed at S & S Woodworking doing cabinet design. He married Donna (Crosby) in April 1988 and they have two sons, Dillon and Dalton.
